Experienced Technical Pre-Sales leader who has a strong technical background and business acumen to deliver outcome based solutions that respond to organisation’s ever changing market.

In my professional career I have worked for Internet Service Providers, Application Service Providers, Managed Service Providers, Computer Hardware Manufacturers and Telecommunications companies and therefore have broad experience in delivering services for.

• Public cloud: AWS, Azure & Google
• Private cloud: VMWare based platforms
• Multi-tenant & dedicated hosting platforms
• Full & partial outsourcing
• Container technologies e.g. Kubernetes & Docker
• Programming languages: Javascript, node.js, angular.js & Python

Combining this knowledge and experience to create scalable, agile and elastic platforms that meet organisation’s current business needs as well as those of the future with the minimal need to refactor thus supporting said organisation’s long term business strategy.

In my current role, Director Digital Transformation & Innovation at CenturyLink, I lead the cloud services function which provides specialist skills to drive adoption of hyperscale cloud providers like AWS, Azure & Google and CenturyLink’s own private cloud services. This covers migration, transformation, integration and automation both in an advisory and practical capacity.

Personal Bio

I live in England with my long term better half, Deb. We are very lucky as we live in the New Forest where we can endulge in our passion for the outdoors. This takes the form of walking our dog, Rocky, running, cycling, paddle boarding and kyaking. We are, also, very lucky to be able to enjoy good holidays, food and friends.
